Unfortunately-Personalised jewellery is non refundable, please ensure you have the correct engraving instructions entered before placing the order.
Returns will only be accepted for a workmanship defect. In the first instance, in such circumstances, we would advise customers to visit our workshop or post back to us. We will then repair/replace/refund the item, whichever is acceptable.
