PRODUCT INFO
Fingerprints and handwritten messages should be emailed to us through the contact email. We will check the file and subject to suitability will be engraved where requested. Fingerprints and messages are reproduced with best results when using black ink on plain white paper. A bit of practice will give a clear finger print with a light touch of your finger on the paper giving the best results. Just keep practicing until you are happy with your print. Write your message as you would naturally. Then just take a picture with your phone or camera and email the picture to us. Simple.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately-Personalised jewellery is non refundable, please ensure you have the correct engraving instructions entered before placing the order. We will check fingerprint attachments that have been emailed to us for engraving and contact you if not suitable
Returns will only be accepted for a workmanship defect. In the first instance, in such circumstances, we would advise customers to visit our workshop or post back to us. We will then repair/replace/refund the item, whichever is acceptable.
