RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately-personalised jewellery cannot be returned for a refund. Please ensure that you have checked your finger size and engraving instructions are correct.
Returns will only be accepted for a workmanship defect. In the first instance, in such circumstances, we would advise customers to visit our workshop or post back to us. We will then repair/replace/refund the item, whichever is acceptable.
